About us

Birch & Basalt Co. is an authorized retailer of saunas, cold plunges, sauna heaters, and related wellness equipment. Products ship directly from manufacturers and authorized suppliers.

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurate, but information is supplied by manufacturers and may contain errors or change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including after it has been confirmed — and to issue a refund in such cases. Pricing reflects applicable manufacturer policies, including minimum advertised price (MAP) requirements. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and charge your payment method. See our Billing Terms and Conditions and Payment Policy for details.

Shipping, returns, and payment
